Returns Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We'd be happy to discuss the options available.
You may return new items, sold in our online store, deemed to be faulty, for a refund or replacement within 3 weeks of the purchase date.
Contact our Customer Care team at info@fancyfilliesaccessories.com.au to initiate a return. You'll need to provide your contact details and reason for return.
Items should be returned in the original packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection by our team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order excluding any delivery charges within 21 days of receiving your returned item. Fancy Fillies will reimburse any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.
Change of Mind
Due to health concerns, refunds and exchanges cannot be provided for earrings due to change of mind.
